NovumLake Partners is an independent Real Estate Investment and Asset Management platform with a focused mandate on Tech-Parks / Commercial Office assets and Data Centres in India. We partner with leading Institutional Investors and Family Offices across India and globally, deploying capital at the intersection of special situations, value-add opportunities, and next-generation real estate infrastructure.
Our founding team brings over two decades of institutional real estate investing experience, with a significant transaction track record – delivering portfolio IRRs consistently ranked in the top decile among Indian real estate fund managers.
We are building an integrated, full-stack real estate investment services firm. Our bespoke approach and deep market relationships enable us to forge innovative partnerships spanning the entire value chain of real estate private equity — from origination and structuring to asset management and exit.
